The ~70-official NBA pool sets each game’s whistle environment — fouls, free-throw volume, and the scoring/pace that flows from them. Profiles below are this season’s per-official averages vs the league, empirical-Bayes shrunk so a small sample isn’t mistaken for a tendency. A high-whistle crew nudges points/FT props and the game total up; a let-them-play crew nudges them down. ESPN doesn’t publish crew assignments before tip, so this is a scouting/reference database — look up a crew once it’s announced.
